Terms and Conditions


Most Decimal product are made-to-order, therefore cancellations are not allowed once your order enters production. If we haven't yet started producing your order you can cancel it free of charge. Contact us at support@decimalmade.com for order status.


We are committed to your satisfaction. If for some reason there is an issue with your product please contact our support team within 10 days from receiving your order. In case of any quality issues, we'll be happy to work with you to replace your product. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from Decimal. Any returned product must be in its original condition and retain all packaging and components. The customer is responsible for all charges associated with returning a product.


Decimal warrants that its product shall be free from defects in workmanship or materials under normal conditions and service for a period of 2 years from its date or purchase. Decimal will only warrant products to the original purchaser of the product and all shipping expenses incurred shall be covered by the purchaser. Decimal reserves the right, before having any obligation under this limited warranty, to inspect the product and determine the most appropriate manner to fulfill this warranty, in its sole discretion. This warranty does not cover any damage caused by accident or misuse of the product including, without limitation, improper installation. Decimal shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages, or for the breach of any warranty, express or implied. In order to keep this limited warranty in effect, the product must have been handled and used as prescribed.
